Business license

Annual check

Article 25 – For municipalities outside the municipal boundaries or to which the building is attached, each elevator shall be checked at least once a year by governorships. However, municipalities or governorships that do not have sufficient technical staff on their staff will be able to conduct annual control work externally to electrical and / or mechanical engineers.

This engineer will be given a report bearing responsibility and stating that it does not interfere with the operation of the plant due to safety and operation. This report will be in 3 copies, in the municipality or in the governorship, and will remain in the maintenance company and user. Following the issuance of this report, the manager of the building where the elevator is located and the maintenance company are jointly responsible.
