Purpose and Scope

Article 1 – The purpose of this Charter is to regulate the scope and nature of the services of the door operators and the nation and the principles of daily working time, weekly holiday, national holiday and general holidays, annual paid leave and concierge housing.

Definitions

Article 2 – For the purposes of this Regulation;

Doorman: Workers who work with calorific home concierge are the same employer or house concierge,

Article 3 – The dwelling manager is the representative of the employer in the implementation of the Labor Code and the provisions of this Regulation and in judicial disputes, with the financial responsibility of the employer other than those born of personal fault.

G) to place a document indicating the occupational conditions and tasks of the doorman in the entrance of the dwelling,

H) When it is necessary to evacuate the concierge housing, to apply to the administrative authorities in accordance with the Law on the Ownership of Houses numbered 634,

Duties and Responsibilities of the Doorman

Article 4 – The duties and responsibilities of the doorman are:

A) To burn the heating of the house in time in accordance with the direction of the manager, to adjust the heat and to extinguish it,

PART THREE

Service Contract and Working Conditions

Service contract

Article 5 – Service Contract with Doorman:

The name and address of the employer,

The identity of the doorman,

Your business address,

The date the doorman started work,

Jobs that the doorman will do,

The form of payment and time of payment,

Business time and break-in,

If there are special provisions,

The date of the arrangement and signature of the parties must be found.

In the event that a written service contract is not made, a signed document indicating the identity of the concierge employer and the manager, indicating the working conditions and tasks, is given.

Business time and break-in

Article 6 – The job duration of the door operators is maximum 45 hours per week. Business time is the time the porter spent at work.

Interrupted rest can be divided into at most four according to the nature of the work. Intermission can not be less than half an hour.

Intermission is not counted during the business.

Working hours can be changed by considering summer and winter time applications.

Fee payment

Article 7 – According to the provisions of the Doorman’s Labor Law, a compulsory wage account is given when paying wages. The fee is paid at least once a month.

Week holiday

Article 8 – Caretaker shall use weekly holiday according to provisions of Labor Law.

General holidays and fees

Article 9 – It is determined in the service or collective bargaining agreement that the KAPI can not be operated and operated during the public holidays included in the National Holiday and General Holiday Law numbered 2429.

Fees for these days shall be paid in accordance with Article 42 of the Labor Code.

Annual paid leave

Article 10 – The annual paid leave shall be granted to the Doorman in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Labor Law.

Temporary doorman

Article 11 – Temporary caretaker may be replaced when the attendant leaves his / her duty for annual paid leave, sick leave or holidays.

Temporary concierge can not be paid less than the minimum wage.

SECTION FOUR

Concierge housing and evacuation

Article 12 – The concierge housing shall comply with the minimum conditions stipulated by the Zoning Law No 3194 and the Municipal Construction Regulations.

Rent for concierge housing is not required.
